4 days ago, on 8 April, I want to ship out my package that has been consolidated on reship. On that day, I asked live chat agent how to request invoice removal because when I go to the payment page there is no invoice removal option for my consolidated package, he said I must contact customer service email to ask for more detail about it, okay then I create a ticket support to customer service team at that time.

1 day after that, on 9 April, I got an answer from an agent named Bryttani to my ticket support, she's only said like this:
"You may submit the order to be shipped and select the invoice removal in your account. Thank you."

Okay I tried to still positive thinking, even I have checked on the previous day if there is no invoice removal option on the payment page, I just keep positive thinking if the team has been fixed this issue. But when I check the payment page again, the result is the same, there is no invoice removal option, just insurance option. And then I replied the ticket support if the problem is keep occured, I still didn't see invoice removal option. But I have no reply again.

And the next day, on 10 April, I tried to contact again the agent by live chat to follow up this case, I explained the problem, and told him if I have created a ticket support and everything, but the live chat agent just told me if I should wait the reply from customer service about this problem and wait for 24 hour.

Ok, I tried to be patient, I just hope if the customer service team will be really fix this problem once they reply to my ticket support.

And today finally I got the reply from Bryttani again, and the again just said like this:
"The option is at the payment page. Thank you. "

I have checked the payment page several time, and there is no invoice removal options, there is only insurance option. My eyes is not blind, I really sure.
And then I have replied the ticket support now, but the customer service team still didn't reply my ticket support.

And the funny thing is even I have provided the proof of screenshot of the payment page if still there is no "invoice removal" option, but it feels like the customer service team didn't care about it, Bryttani only give the same instruction which have no solution.

Now I really messed up about this, the fact is I only want to request invoice removal for my package which is really easy, but they didn't help me too much and as if complicating the situation. And my package still stuck at reship warehouse and didn't processed yet.

I have no idea why the team have no concern about this issue for the customer convenience, they just go with give me instruction without meaningful solution.

This company Is beyond bad I had the worst experience with them. If it was possible to give a ZERO rating that would still be too much. They held my package hostage for almost three weeks and every customer service representative I spoke to gave me a different reason. The series of lies became unbearable until finally I was told they lost my package. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Worst Company

Re ship is the worst company and certainly not trustable. They update packages very very late sometimes we have to send them many emails and then it is updates.
Their staff is not helpful and they have their stupid policies regarding parcels and they keep hold of parcels for weeks without any valid reason. I was their old customer but due to these issues will never use this company and their pathetic service.

Customer is NOT a priority

Used ReShip Portland to send a package to Canada that required dangerous goods handling.

Used DHL as the delivery method. Well DHL is probably the worst "express" company currently operating. The package sat in Cincinnati for over 2 weeks with no update. I decided to have the package returned to ReShip.

After another week the package finally arrived back at ReShip. Expecting a full refund because of the DHL service failure, and having weeks of frustrating phone calls to the ReShip call center (by the way the people that service the call center are terrible) I now know I'm not getting a refund because ReShip and DHL did not do anything wrong!

Well when you pay over $150 for shipping you expect some level of service, which I did not.

ReShip will NOT fight for a refund from a shipping company because they are worried about losing there contract with said shipping company

You cannot talk to someone directly at ReShip. They are terrible at responding to emails.

BEWARE! Find a different 3rd party shipping company. I've had problems in the past and now I have learn't a very expensive lesson. DO NOT use ReShip.

If I could give them less than one star I would

I ordered an item through an independent company and paid reship to ship it to me in Canada. It never left Portland. When I called and emailed about it the first employee told me I needed to speak to usps. After calling usps they told me reship never sent them the package to be delivered. I spoke to a second employee at reship who told me I would have to pay to have the item shipped again and wait for a refund. It has been over three months and the customer service team (which appears to be one person) has completely stopped replying to my emails and refused to give me my refund.

The adviser Jo-Ann is absolutely poor

The adviser Jo-Ann is absolutely poor. I asked a very simple question that at what point does Reship consider the parcel lost, but the adviser is just going around in circle not answering my question. I require a timeframe, but they just do not seem to understand a simple question. She keeps telling me to check within 48 hours, but I am asking at what point does Reship consider the parcel lost? She is unable to answer this and just says to keep monitoring account, for how long? a week? a month?
Worst adviser ever!

Good Service, Prompt response to my questions in the online customer service window

Ordered something from BC that wouldn't ship to Ontario (it's like we are living in the 90's). For some reason the store had no issues shipping to the USA, go figure. So I signed up for ReShip and got the British Columbia store to ship to the US Address. And now my package is on it's way to me in Ontario Canada.
The pictures that they sent were ok quality (probably taken with an older phone camera so it's not the best quality) but it's free, so not expecting super high res images here.

Shipping fees for my item from the USA To Canada is ok, I did the pre-calculation and knew what I was going to spend, so no surprises. I think if you do your research and find out details before proceeding there isn't any problems.

Had many questions prior to ordering and using their service, the online customer service tool was easy to use and they answered all my questions I has. I would recommend them again.

Perfectly convenient

I live in Canada and I can get my hands on everything I want. No more shipping restrictions from the sellers.

Waste of time and money

Ordered items. First set never got there. Next one that was sent they wouldn't reship. For a reship company to not be able to send something as small as a region locked video game is just absolutely stupid. You are better off finding a pen pal to help you as this site offers nothing but a money trap

Do NOT Use Reship

Overall, they held my packages for 40 days, charged me over $200 total, and still didn't ship the packages where I needed to ship them.

Reship promised me they could ship my packages outside of the US. Then, once they got the packages, they told me that they couldn't ship them. They held my packages for over a month and stopped replying to my emails. They also have a policy that they can't ship packages with more than one battery in them. This caused them to break my packages up into 3 shipments, which means I had to pay them more money. I ended up having to ship the packages to a residential address in the US because they refused to ship them to another country as they had promised. DO NOT USE.
